Built at the foot of The Forest Marzini, and only a few metres away from the beach, the hotel enjoys a privileged position with panoramic views over the coast. Particularly suited for families with children, the hotel enjoys access to a variety of entertainment at the Club Marzini, as well as being within easy reach of the beach and numerous historic towns and cities. In the evenings, after exploring all that the region has to offer, you can treat yourself to a freshly prepared, traditional meal in the hotel restaurant.

The hotel has a sport and recreational structure, Club Marzini, with a merry go round, slide, swing and roller skating for children, and tennis, five-a-side and bowls for adults. The hotel offers free services to guests, including: - Transfer to and from S. Mennaio railways station. - Shuttle bus from S. Severo FF.SS. railway station, in the periods A B-C for a long stay of 14 days or more. - Beach service (beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs) during the months of June and September. - Mini club from 10.00 - 12.00 on the beach, and from 16.00 - 17.00 at the Marzini club. - Nights with music and tasting of the local sweets and the excellent sparkling wine.
Additional costs: Beach service (umbrella, chair and changing room): EUR 55 per week. Swimming pool: EUR 3,50 per person, per day. Sport services at the Marzini Club (tennis, five-a-side, bowls, roller skating): EUR 5 per hour. Room service: EUR 5.
The restaurant serves dishes of Gargano’s and Apulia's ancient traditions, such as pasta orecchiette alle cima di rape, and the soup of the Gargano.
